I'm Winifred Okafor, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), and DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I provide mental health services virtually across Texas and nationwide, offering compassionate, culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Over the years, I’ve worked with teens, adults, families, and professionals navigating some of life’s toughest seasons — helping them heal, rebuild, and rediscover their purpose. My approach is trauma-informed care, faith-based, and grounded in both clinical expertise and lived empathy.

In previous roles, I’ve served at-risk children, adolescents, and families in urban communities, as well as adults in outpatient and private practice settings. My passion remains the same — to help people heal, grow, and live out their calling with purpose and power.
